- Help new members get fobs & record them appropriately
- Adds new members to the door entry system
- Ensures building has all new resident keys
- Plan building wide social gatherings
Help a Neighbor Committee (Managed by Treasurer)
- Deputized to help members that are locked out of the building or their units
- Review video if packages are stolen
Small Projects Committee (Managed by Member at Large)
Members deputized to help with small projects that require fall between the cracks and have budgets less than $1000. Examples include stairwell screens, snowblower for roof, etc…

- Lockbox protocols
- Bike Room Management
Large Projects Committee (Managed by President)
Members deputized to lead special projects that require project management and budgets greater than $1000.
- Common Area Renovation
- Construction – side patios/drainage, security cameras, risers and hot water heater co-installation (works w maintenance committee)
- Technology – solar panels
- Pest Control
Maintenance Committee (Managed by Vice President)
- Map and document how systems in the building work.
- Create needed signage and electronic instructions.
- Calls in emergency building outages (e.g. boiler, chiller, water heater)
- Helps track regular maintenance updates
- Fire safety – inspections, generator, KnoxBox order/installation
- Annual common area touch-ups
